A new mode of transportation "Hyperloop"

Hyperloop is most recent railway technology on which engineers are working nowadays. This train is working on the concept of friction-less transportation. In this transportation system, various steps are taken to reduce the friction force, like the use of magnetic levitation as used in electromagnetic trains and creating a vacuum by removing air in a closed tube-like passage in which separated pods float without any friction which gave it supersonic speed. It is cheaper and energy efficient mode of transportation.

Different from a traditional transportation system 

It is different from the traditional trains, it consists of separated Pods which are initially dragged by an external motor which works on the principle of electromagnetic forces and as a result of this these pods can get speed 2 to 3 times the speed of sound in air.

Traditional trains bear a lot of frictional force which reduces the speed of the train and consumption of the fuel also get increases. But, Hyperloop trains move without friction this result in an increase of speed and less consumption of fuel. This makes Hyperloop most beneficial and interesting mode of transportation.

Pods of Hyperloop move between two terminals in the low-pressure tube, which provide a vacuum-like environment. These pods float nearly one and a half inch above the ground with the help of electromagnetic field.

However, this project is not as easy as it looks. A lot of studies is still going on to make this project real. It will create a new era in the field of transportation. This mode of transportation will certainly give us pleasure and feeling of flying in the sky with supersonic speed or feeling of sitting in a space jet.
