A low-fat and vegetarian lunch options should be provided for the students who are vegetarian or health conscious. Sometimes our dietary decisions are not only based on health concerns but also reflects our religious and moral characteristics. A school’s cafeteria menu must be as diverse to fulfill the basic nutrition need of its students.
In every city, there are a number of fast food restaurants that attract everyone with fast, inexpensive, and tasty food, but these foods are generally unhealthy and can make us ill. We should aware of the food habits. We should assure ourselves what we are eating is good for health or not? Are these foods do provide some nutritional value or not?
We can make ourselves healthy by choosing the right and balanced diet which contains all the essential nutrition value needed for our body. Fresh fruits and vegetable in our diet can make our diet low fat and healthier in comparison with other oily foods.
Bad eating habit causes various diseases. Many teenagers are getting the problem of overweight due to bad eating habits. Overeating is also a problem among teenagers. We should eat as per the need of our body. A good and healthy eating habit can make us healthy.
