Meditation is a state of self-relaxation from stress. We sometimes get stressed, while doing work. We should take a break in the work. The break in the work gives us mental relaxation. It is important to make oneself healthy.
When we do our work for a long time our mind gets bored from it, then our concentration in the work get decreases. It is often seen that some people, who have a tremendous workload always got frustrated. We have physical and mental limits, we should think of it.
People who are suppressed by workload get mentally ill. We should do some meditation and yoga. It will reduce our stress and give us the vision to think positively.
Meditation is a mental state of zero thinking. In the state of meditation, we feel free from mental stress. Sleeping is the best meditation. When we wake up in the morning, we feel relaxed.
