Yoga is a process to achieve mental, spiritual and physical fitness. A gym is useful only to develop physical strength. But yoga is something different, it gives us physical as well as mental strength.
When we do yoga for the first time, it looks difficult and boring. However, when we make it as a daily routine, it becomes part of our life.
