Importance Of Heart
The heart is a very important organ of the human body. It is made up of special strong cardio muscles which are helpful for the pumping of blood, through which in blood circulates in the body. The circulation of blood is necessary because blood is a media through with oxygen and nutrients are supplied to each organ.
A human heart is divided into two parts and four chambers. Two upper chambers are called Atria and two lower chambers called as ventricles. For the removal of waste materials and carbon dioxide is done by the circulation of blood in the body, also nutrients and hormones are carried by blood which is pumped by the heart.
The average heartbeat for human beings is near about 70 times per minute. Abnormal heartbeat can cause improper blood circulation. It can lead to low or high blood pressure. Heart diseases often happen in older age. When cholesterol level increases in the body it can lead to narrowing of the coronary arteries and this can cause a sudden heart attack. Cholesterol level increases in the body due to wrong diet and lack of exercise.
Regular exercise and proper diet should be taken in order to make our heart healthy. A healthy heart is necessary to live a happy life.
