World teachers’ day celebrated annually on 5 October, all around the world to commemorate the pact signed on 5 October 1966 in a special conference held in Paris, to highlight the Status of Teachers. This pact includes the rights and responsibilities of teachers and their role in the development of society.
This pact was signed by the representatives of UNESCO and International labor organization, to highlights the status of Teachers, their employment and their working conditions.
On 5 October 1994, the first teachers’ day was celebrated after the declaration of the United Nations. The main aim to celebrate International teacher's day or world teacher's day is to give respect and credit to the teachers and for their priceless contributions
